Adult Tariff

Our prices are per room, per night and include room tariff and full Scottish breakfast.
The tariff is based on 2 people sharing.
Single nights at weekends and during high season may be charged at a higher rate, please enquire

Childrens Tariff

Childrens rates are based on sharing the room with 2 adults and include the room tariff and full Scottish breakfast.
A child is classed as under the age of 11 years. A nominal charge is made for children under 5 years old.
Children occupying a room with 1 adult are charged at the adult price.
A separate room booking may be taken for children, without child discount, at the discretion of the owners.
We do not have the facility to take very young children, but please enquire should you wish to bring your own travel cot.

Single Occupancy

A bedroom may be let for single occupancy at the discretion of the owners.
A supplement of £17.50 per night will be added to half of the normal room rate in Mull and Iona and £12.50 per night in Kerrera.
